PRIVACY POLICY A LivyEvv app privacy policy is a legal document that outlines how a history app collects, uses, and shares personal data from its users. The policy should be designed to comply with data protection laws and provide transparency to users regarding how their personal data is being used. A typical history app privacy policy should include: Types of information collected: LivyEvv only collects the user's current location only to display the historic information that is around them at that particular location. How information is collected: GPS (Current device location), we do not collect the user’s information in any way, we do not save the information in our app or in storage. The user’s current device location is only to show what history is around them in an area radius. Use of information: With location the user can choose what history item he/she would like to view. Sharing of information: LivyEvv DO NOT SHARE ANY INFORMATION WITH ANY THIRD PARTY, WE DO NOT STORE ANY USER INFORMATION. User control and consent: If you do not want to share current location you can choose no in the popup permission and opt out in using the features of EvvApp. Data security: There will not be any collection of data to be put at risk. The current location is only to show what history items are around them based on the coordinate system only. Data retention: There will not be any stored information from the user once the user stops using the app the app will not take on any further input/output.
